Transform Your Life
Have you been feeling defeated by your life circumstances, burdened by the pain of the past, reactive to what life throws your way, stuck and unable to move forward no matter how hard you try?
You’ve done therapy, you’ve tried counseling, you’ve made an effort to change your mindset; however, the pain is still eating away at your mental health, hurting your work, deteriorating your relationships, and keeping you from the happy life you deserve.

Here’s the deal...
As much as you may want, you can’t bury your pain. You have to dig down deep, uncover it, and deal with the pain of the past; otherwise, you won’t be able to deal with the pain of the present.
That’s where the emotional recovery weekend comes in.
The experience of an emotional recovery clinic is meant to draw you away from your daily world and activities, allowing you to solely focus on doing the work of trauma healing. The clinic weekends are an opportunity for you to not focus on anyone but you and your needs. This is the only way trauma work is accomplished; you have to put yourself first.
During this 4-day, all-inclusive weekend
You will deconstruct your trauma experiences and life in ways that facilitate knowing yourself like you have not experienced before. Days will be filled with trauma education, self-exploration activities, lessons in healing, and spiritual connections, while cultivating trauma resilience to move forward.
What’s included?
Lodging in a private vacation home (shared rooms only)
Catered meals

About Keisha Wright
Like many others, I spent my earlier years doing what I was “supposed” to do…I went to school, became a teacher, wife, and mother. My life was seemingly normal. I went from working in the school system to raising a family and then, all of a sudden, I was faced with tragedy I didn’t know how to deal with.
I found myself in counseling and being told it was going to take 3-5 years to fully recover from my trauma. That’s when I thought to myself, “I can’t hang on that long, there must be a better way”. I was desperate and I remember telling God “if you can get me out of this, I will dedicate the rest of my life to teaching others how to do the same.”
That’s when I was blessed with meeting a woman who offered to help me overcome my trauma. Throughout my healing journey she taught me the way forward and, as I was doing the work, I ended up developing the foundations of the Emotional Recovery Clinic. Once I was healed, I spent the next 12 years volunteering my time to help others recover as well as establishing my own practice, Women’s Recovery Clinic. I spent my time traveling across the country teaching both women and men how to heal their trauma.
I am truly here to jump into life with you when the going gets tough and everything is falling apart. I will walk this journey of recovery with you until it becomes your new normal.
My purpose is to teach you the way out, as none of us are born knowing how to put our lives back together.
Women’s Clinic
Keisha helps women recover from trauma, discover effective success strategies, and apply practical life skills.
Our goal is to help women recover from the pain of trauma, toxic mindsets, and unhealthy relational patterns through individualized, client-centered coaching.
Men’s Clinic
Our men’s clinic is an intensive, experiential weekend designed for those who desire to grow in depth in relationship with their families and others. The clinic is designed to provide a men’s weekend retreat experience that goes deeper than just head knowledge.
Our goal is to teach men how to deal with past and current trauma, heal and abandon all that keeps them feeling the weight of the world and isolated.
Couple’s Clinic
We are dedicated to creating safe, sacred spaces for couples that provides an opportunity to learn the difference between combat vs conflict. Our couples learn how past hurts are impacting their current relationship. We find couples oftentimes feel overwhelmed and discouraged.
Our process provides space and time to discover healing, healthy boundaries, as well as develop a plan to confidently move forward with relationship recovery.
