Regan is a certified life coach based in Asheville, North Carolina, specializing in empowering women to overcome relationship challenges and transform fear into confidence. With a compassionate and tailored approach, she supports women who have experienced sexual trauma, as well as mental, verbal, emotional, and physical abuse in childhood and adulthood.
